We focus on strength, control, athletic movement, and consistency. Every session is designed to build a body that feels capable, powerful, and resilient, not just exhausted at the end of a workout.
You’ll train with intent, understand what you’re doing and why you’re doing it, and progress in a way that actually lasts.
Whether you’re here for a structured program or private coaching, the goal is the same: build real strength, move better, and carry that confidence into everything you do outside the gym.
Background
With over 18 years of experience working with athletes and driven individuals, the focus has always been on building real strength, improving movement, and enhancing performance across a wide range of levels.
The foundation of this approach comes from a deep background in baseball, including seven years as an MLB scout, evaluating athletes, mechanics, and movement efficiency at the highest levels of the game. That experience sharpened an eye for how small details in posture, coordination, and timing can make a major difference in performance.
That same attention to detail carries into every training plan. The focus is on how the body moves as a system, how power is generated and transferred, and how to build strength that actually carries over to real life.
The coaching style is hands-on, clear, and intentional, working with competitive athletes, busy professionals, and active adults who want to stay strong, mobile, and capable for the long run.

This is personalized performance coaching delivered through a training app, with your workouts, progress tracking, and communication all in one place.
Your program is built around your goals, schedule, and how your body moves, and it evolves as you progress. You’ll have regular check-ins, direct messaging, and the ability to submit form and movement videos for coaching feedback.
Training is supported with guidance on recovery, mobility, and nutrition habits so you stay consistent and continue building strength and performance over time.

A six-week, dumbbell-based training plan built around athletic movement, strength, and conditioning.
Workouts focus on strong positions, smooth transitions, and controlled intensity so you build strength and coordination, not just fatigue. Each week follows a clear structure with progressive challenges, mobility work, and built-in recovery to keep progress steady and sustainable.
